National Resource Center
While the Foundation retains responsibility for all grant-making operations, the National Resource Center for the Osher Lifelong Learning Institutes (NRC) was created to serve as the connective tissue for communication between and among the Osher Institutes and to provide opportunities for professional development. Located at Northwestern University, the NRC maintains a website for general reference
(www.osher.net) and a private site for Osher Institute network members. Additionally, the NRC conducts national conferences for the Osher Institutes every 18 months. The thirteenth such conference was held virtually in October 2020.
